GuestPark keeps the minimum needed to run guest parking for a community: the apartment number, the guest vehicle’s plate and optional description, the visit times, and the phone number or email a confirmation is sent to.

That information is visible to the community’s managers and to the patrol officers they authorize. It is used to issue passes, check plates and keep a record of enforcement. It is never sold and never used for advertising.

Unit passcodes and patrol PINs are stored as one way hashes. Nobody, including us, can read them back.

Text messages are only sent to confirm a pass that was just requested. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them.
