Pricing
Pricing, explained without the fine print
GuestPark is quoted per community after a short conversation about your property. We would rather give you one honest number for your layout than a table of tiers you have to decode. Here is what every community gets, what shapes the quote, and how to ask for one.
The short answer
GuestPark does not publish a price list. Each community receives a written quote based on its size and what it needs. Every quote covers the full product described on this site: guest passes for residents, visitor space QR signs, patrol plate checks with tow safeguards, the leasing console, three languages and the installable app. You can try the live demo or set up a community before you ever talk about price.
What every community gets
- Guest passes by plate. Residents register guests from a phone at any hour, with the camera reading the plate and every visit showing its exact end time. More about guest passes.
- Visitor space QR signs. A printable sign for every visitor space, guest requests with one tap approval, and the live Spaces board. More about space signs.
- Patrol and enforcement. The patrol page with a community PIN, plate checks on the walk, near match holds, a grace period and sealed photo and GPS evidence. More about enforcement.
- The leasing console. Buildings, apartments and passcodes, limits, bans, permits, activity and exports.
- Residents and invitations. Import from the rent roll, invitations with reminders, passcode resets and move out sealing.
- Three languages. English, Português and Español for residents and guests.
- Your brand. The community’s logo and typeface on the portal, the pass, the signs and the console.
- The installable app. Residents and patrol can add GuestPark to the home screen on any phone or computer, with no app store.
What shapes a quote
Communities differ in ways that change the work involved. These are the questions we ask before quoting:
| Question | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| How many apartments or homes? | The number of households who will register guests and receive invitations. |
| How many buildings and visitor spaces? | The setup of buildings, space labels and signs, and the size of the Spaces board. |
| Who patrols the lot? | Whether patrol is your own staff, a courtesy patrol or a towing partner, and how many communities they cover. |
| How many communities? | A portfolio is set up and supported differently from a single property. |
| Do you need an integration? | Connecting a property management system or resident app through the API and webhooks. |
| How fast do you want to launch? | Whether you want help importing residents, printing signs and briefing patrol. |
How to get a quote
- Tell us about the property on the contact page: the number of homes, buildings, visitor spaces and who patrols.
- Take a walkthrough. We show GuestPark set up the way your community would use it, and answer the questions your owner or board will ask.
- Receive a written quote for your community or portfolio, with what is included spelled out.
A person reads every request and replies within one business day.
Try it before any conversation about price
The live demo is a working sample community with demo passcodes, and needs no sign up. You can register a guest as a resident, ask to park from a visitor space as a guest, check plates as patrol and open the console as a manager. If you would rather set up your own community, Start a community takes a few minutes, and nothing about it commits you to a plan.
Comparing guest parking costs fairly
When you compare GuestPark with hang tags or another system, count the costs that do not appear on an invoice: staff time issuing tags and answering parking calls, tags that are reprinted every year, the visitor spaces lost to residents’ second cars, and the cost of a single wrongful tow in refunds, damages and goodwill. Our guide to running guest parking without hang tags lists what to measure before and after, so the comparison rests on your own numbers.
There is also no hardware in GuestPark to buy, install or maintain. Plates are read by the phones already on the property, and the only physical items are the signs you print.
Questions
- Why is there no price on this page?
- Because communities differ enough that a single number would be wrong for most of them. We would rather quote your layout accurately than publish tiers that need a call to decode anyway.
- Is there a free trial?
- The live demo needs no sign up, and you can start a community and set it up yourself before discussing a plan.
- Is pricing different for HOAs and condo associations?
- The same questions apply: the number of homes, guest spaces, who patrols and how fast you want to launch. See GuestPark for associations.
- Do we pay for hardware?
- No. GuestPark needs no cameras, gates or readers. You print the signs.
